Detroit Medical Center Hospital President Dr. Thomas Malone Steps Down

Thomas Malone, MD, has stepped down from his positions as president of two Detroit Medical Center hospitals, according to a Detroit Free Press report.

Dr. Malone had been at the helm of Harper University Hospital and Hutzel Women’s Hospital since 2008.

No reason for Dr. Malone’s departure was reported, and it is unclear if he left voluntarily, according to the Detroit Free Press.
