Mr. Allison is a 30-year veteran of the IT sector, most recently serving as managing director of healthcare and technology consulting firm DEAllison Enterprises. He also was a member of the board of directors for Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, president and CEO of Healthcare Consulting Services for Vitalize Consulting Solutions and CEO and president of PHNS Dallas, among other senior leadership roles.
