The existing Medicare & Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Registration and Attestation System will be available to Medicaid-only hospitals. These hospitals should contact their state Medicaid agencies for information on how to attest to meaningful use.
Hospitals that attest for both Medicare and Medicaid incentive programs should register and attest for the Medicare program on the QualityNet system, as well as contact their state Medicaid agencies to submit Medicaid data.
