The New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute — an independent, nonpartisan organization advancing healthcare quality efforts in New Jersey — will be CPR’s lead partner in the implementation of CPR’s Scorecard on Payment Reform. The scorecard tracks type of payment reform, quantity and effectiveness.
CPR will also measure Virginia’s healthcare payment reform, and a third unspecified state.
The New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute will use the scorecard to examine its Medicaid maternity episodes of care payment effort, as well as its QI Collaborative. The QI Collaborative aims to help providers prepare for alternative payment models.
