The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. Fitch revises South Nassau Communities Hospital's outlook to negative
Fitch Ratings revised Oceanside, N.Y.-based South Nassau Communities Hospital's outlook to negative from stable. 

2. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to Banner Health's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA-" long-term rating to Phoenix-based Banner Health's $776.1 million of series 2016A fixed rate revenue bonds.

3. S&P revises Children's Hospital of Orange County's outlook to positive
S&P Global Ratings revised Children's Hospital of Orange (Calif.) County's outlook to positive from stable.

4. S&P assigns 'AA' rating to Memorial Healthcare System's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA" rating to Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Healthcare System's $180 million of series 2016A healthcare revenue refunding bonds.

5. S&P revises Stanford Health Care's outlook to positive
S&P Global Ratings revised Stanford (Calif.) Health Care's to stable from positive and affirmed the "AA-" rating on Stanford Health Care's bonds. 

6. Moody's upgrades Parkview Health System's rating to 'Aa3'
Moody's Investors Service upgraded to "Aa3" from "A1" the long-term unenhanced and underlying ratings on Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health System's bonds, affecting approximately $471 million of outstanding debt.

7. S&P lowers Louisiana Children's Medical Center's rating to 'A+'
S&P Global Ratings has lowered the long-term rating to "A+" from "AA-" on New Orleans-based Louisiana Children's Medical Center's series 2015A bonds. 

8. S&P assigns 'BBB-' rating to Palomar Health's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned a "BBB-" rating to Escondido, Calif.-based Palomar Health's series 2016 revenue refunding bonds and series 2010 revenue bonds.

9. S&P upgrades Martin Memorial Medical Center's debt to 'A-'
S&P Global Ratings raised the long-term and underlying rating on Stuart, Fla.-based Martin Memorial Medical Center's debt to "A-" from "BBB+." 

10. Fitch assigns 'AA-' rating to Banner Health's bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an 'AA-' rating to Phoenix-based Banner Health's $766.1 million of series 2016A bonds.

11. Moody's affirms Firelands Regional Medical Center's 'A3' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Sandusky, Ohio-based Firelands Regional Medical Center's "A3" rating, affecting $79 million of debt. 

12. S&P raises Yale New Haven Health Obligated Group's ratings to 'AA-'
S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term and underlying ratings on Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health Obligated Group's series A-E revenue bonds to "AA-" from "A+."

13. S&P assigns 'AA' rating to Texas Health Resources' bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA" rating to Arlington-based Texas Health Resources' $625 million of series 2016A bonds.

14. S&P raises Palomar Health's ratings to 'A'
S&P Global Ratings raised the rating to "A" from "BBB+" on Escondido, Calif.-based Palomar Health's outstanding debt.

15. Fitch affirms East Texas Medical Center's 'BBB-' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB-" rating on Tyler-based East Texas Medical Center's bonds.

16. Moody's assigns 'Aa3' rating to Carolinas HealthCare System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3" rating to Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System's proposed $365 million of series 2016A bonds.

17. Moody's affirms Centra Health's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Lynchburg, Va.-based Centra Health's "A2" rating, affecting $150.3 million of outstanding debt.
