National Academy of Medicine taps 26 systems for well-being initiative

The National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience has selected 26 hospitals and organizations to join its well-being Change Maker Accelerators program.

The yearlong program helps health organizations implement and measure professional well-being efforts, according to a March 18 organization news release. The new cohort, which launched in March, will engage in monthly small-group discussions and full-cohort learning sessions, alongside tools and coaching from past cohort organizations.

Here are the organizations selected for the 2026-2027 cohort:
