Tennessee Nursing Students Prepare for Possible Patient Deaths Through Simulation Training

Pat Keene, a professor at Union University in Germantown, Tenn., designed a simulation program so nursing students would learn how to handle high-stress situations and provide comfort to family members in the wake of patients’ deaths, according to a Commercial Appeal report.
