The program will feature counseling and education on exercise programs, stress management, behavioral patterns, healthy eating and staying smoke-free.

The program is expected to reduce Dublin Methodist’s cardiac readmissions rates, as it already has been useful in lowering cardiac readmissions at other OhioHealth locations, according to the report.
