Under the agreement, enrolled veterans and their family members will have access to 1Vision’s and AMC Health’s telehealth solutions through the Veterans Health Administration’s Home Telehealth Program.

The contract focuses on AMC Health’s CareConsole platform, which allows veterans to transmit information such as vital sign measurements in real time using Bluetooth-enabled devices from their own homes. CareConsole alerts a veteran’s care coordinator if any concerning health issues or trends arise.
