Springfield, Mo.-based St. John’s Health System has announced that its children’s hospital will become an affiliate of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, according to a report by the News-Leader.
As an affiliate, the same treatments available at St. Jude will become available at St. John’s and care will be provided free of charge to patients without insurance.
