How Healthy is Your Health System?

Hospitals are anchors for clinical health and physical wellbeing, making it ironic that some hospitals may not have the best “organizational health.” This refers to organizational culture, employee morale and other issues that have traditionally been referred to as “soft.” By employing hard measures for “soft” issues, hospital executives can improve the organizational behaviors that ultimately affect the bottom line.
