It is a global pioneer adopting AI tools to improve patient care, enhance clinical decision-making and increase operational efficiency. Its innovative voice-based AI system, “Ava,” was built into scheduling phone lines and answers questions at any hour of the night. It also created predictive AI models to help clinicians identify patients at high risk for conditions such as bedsores, delirium and cardiac events.
