The hospital has been named one of “America’s 250 Best Hospitals” for 2026 by Healthgrades, marking its fourth consecutive year receiving the honor. In U.S. News & World Report‘s 2026-2027 “Best Hospitals” rankings, Franciscan Health Indianapolis was ranked the highest-performing hospital in the state of Indiana. Franciscan Health Indianapolis is rated high performing in 13 adult procedures and conditions, including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, aortic valve surgery, back surgery, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and colon cancer surgery. The hospital was previously named one of the 100 top hospitals in the U.S. by Truven Health Analytics.
