Pike County Memorial Hospital (Louisiana, Mo.). Pike County Memorial Hospital has served its namesake county since 1928. Located roughly 95 miles up the Mississippi River from St. Louis, PCMH operates the Pike County area’s ambulance service and provides numerous specialty services. In the last two years, the hospital’s patient care unit and outpatient and surgery departments were completely renovated. In 2015, PCMH was named a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics and also as a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital by the National Rural Health Association.
