Legislators in seven states have moved to improve access to breast cancer screening, according to a Jan. 15 news release from the American College of Radiology.

New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has appointed Kimberly Feigin, MD, to serve as chief of the breast imaging service within the radiology department. 

White Plains, N.Y.-based Burke Rehabilitation Hospital will expand its services with a new CT scanner suite after receiving $1 million in state funding.
