NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. This 2017 Practice Greenhealth Partner Recognition Award-winning hospital leads its renewable efforts through its NYPgreen program. Through the program, Sustainability Leadership Committees identify and pursue opportunities to reduce the hospital’s environmental impact, including minimizing waste through recycling and sourcing food locally whenever possible. Practice Greenhealth awarded the NewYork-Presbyterian its Partner for Change Award in 2016, and the NewYork-Presbyterian David H. Koch Center is in the midst of earning LEED certification. Energy Star recognized NewYork-Presbyterian with its Partner of the Year award in 2014 and 2015.
