• Improved OR, procedural and ancillary care utilization
• Reduction in OR holds
• Alignment of staffing with demand
• Increased patient satisfaction
• Increased physician satisfaction
• Reduced equipment delays
Hospitals can use these indicators to measure demand and capacity and efficiently allocate resources.
