NCQA Requests Comments on Changes to 7 Accreditation Programs

The National Committee for Quality Assurance is seeking public input on two new proposed programs and changes to existing accreditation and certification programs.

The programs open to public comment are:

•    Value & Delivery System Innovation (new program)
•    Case Management (new program)
•    Health Plan Accreditation (proposed changes)
•    Physician and Hospital Quality (proposed changes)
•    Additional 2013 Product Updates: Disease Management, Managed Behavioral Health, Wellness & Health Promotion, Health Information (proposed changes)
•    Products and Utilization Management/Credentialing (proposed changes)
