Nine-physician Carolina Cardiology Consultants will join as Carolina Cardiology-WakeMed Faculty Physicians, effective March 1. WakeMed will also assume ownership of Carolina Cardiology Consultants’ cardiac testing clinic, Park Place Diagnostics.
North Wake Cardiovascular Center, a solo cardiology practice, will become part of Raleigh Cardiology-WakeMed Faculty Physicians. Raleigh Cardiology joined WakeMed in October, forming the new entity.
Holly Springs Medical Center will expand WakeMed’s primary care network by adding two physician extenders, effective Feb. 1.
