Aetna to Provide Financial Incentives to Physicians Achieving Quality Care Goals, Implementing EHR Technology

Aetna’s Chief Medical Officer Lonny Reisman, MD, presented a new plan by the insurer that will provide financial incentives to physicians through its contracting process for using electronic health records implementation to achieve quality of care goals, according to a news release by Aetna.
