The toolkit, called “Reducing Diagnostic Errors in Primary Care Pediatrics Toolkit Link to Exit Disclaimer,” offers pediatric primary care physicians a systematic approach to reducing diagnostic errors focusing on three major areas: elevated blood pressure, adolescent depression and actionable pediatric diagnostic tests.

The toolkit is based on clinical evidence, best practices as well as resources from a project involving 100-plus pediatric primary care physicians and their care teams.

AHRQ funded the project and the toolkit
