Software company Innovaccer and Aunt Bertha, an online search and referral network, announced their partnership this week.
Aunt Bertha will help Innovaccer enhance its social determinants of health management software, which helps healthcare organizations monitor patient susceptibility to socioeconomic factors, company representatives said in a news release.
Healthcare providers and social workers linked to Innovaccer will be able to use Aunt Bertha’s network to connect their patients to food, housing, financial and legal help and other resources.
