Currently, most stringers on the market come in either 2 to 3 inch or 5 to 6 inch widths, requiring a need for stringers of both sizes, according to Healthmark Industries. The new adjustable stringer adjusts to from 2.5 to 5 inches in width and are available in three lengths: 8 inches, 13 inches and 17 inches.
