Officials say Paul Elmer was responsible for his Noblesville, Ind.-based company distributing over- and under-potent drugs to hospitals across the country.
Unaware of the drugs’ strength, nurses administered 13 infants overly-potent midazolam, causing some to overdose, according to the Indianapolis Star.
Mr. Elmer was found guilty of one charge of conspiracy and nine counts of adulterating drugs.
