CVS Health has resolved a system outage that temporarily disrupted prescription processing at some of its pharmacy locations, according to an Oct. 21 report from CNN.

The disruption arose Oct. 21 and affected patients seeking prescription pickups, flu shots and other in-store services. While systems have come back online, CVS said some patients may still face minor delays, according to CNN.

The pharmacy chain said it was working to restore full service as pharmacies reconnect to its network.

The outage came amid unrelated issues at Amazon Web Services that affected online services globally.
