Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital (Fort Worth). Founded in 1930, the orthopedics program at Texas Health Fort Worth Methodist was the first medical institution in Texas to be recognized for achieving medical excellence in hip fracture treatment and orthopedic trauma by The Joint Commission. Texas Health Harris is three-time Magnet-designated and a Blue Distinction Center+ for Knee and Hip Replacement. The hospital earned the No. 44 spot on CareChex’s 100 Top Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery for 2017.
