The alleged improper financial relationship took place from 2002 and 2010 with up to 17 physicians. Dr. Baker’s settlement resolves allegations that he violated the False Claims Act, Antikickback Statute, Stark law and Texas Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act.
Dr. Baker has also agreed to a voluntary suspension from the Medicare and Medicaid programs for a period of six years.
