Lawmakers would reveal this information in their annual Statement of Economic Interest forms.
Under the bill, members of the General Assembly who do not accurately report their monetary benefit from the PPACA would be charged with a misdemeanor and would either pay a fine of $1,000 or be imprisoned for a year.
