Republican who voted against Tavenner’s nominations include Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Ron Johnson (Wis.), Mike Lee (Utah), Mike Crapo (Idaho), James Risch (Idaho) and Rand Paul (Ky.), according to the report.
