Poll: 75% of Voters Think Individual Mandate is Unconstitutional

A recent poll by USA Today and Gallup found that approximately 75 percent of American voters believe the healthcare reform law’s individual mandate is unconstitutional, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

Forty percent of voters in the United States also said they would favor a repeal if a Republican is elected president in November, while 50 percent of voters said they consider the law “a bad thing,” according to the report.
