The New York attorney general’s office said in a Dec. 22 news release that between March 2015 and October 2021, David DiMarco, MD, submitted the claims without sufficient documentation showing what procedures were actually performed or why the procedures were medically necessary.

Dr. DiMarco will also withdraw from the New York State Medicaid program, the attorney general’s office said.
