According to the plea, Richard Mendoza “devised and executed a scheme to defraud PMHD by submitting false registration forms for trainings, seminars and conferences that Defendant never attended.”
Mr. Mendoza will pay the hospital more than $90,000 in restitution, according to the Imperial Valley Press report.
