According to court documents, Ramil Mansourov, MD, billed Medicaid for medical treatment that was never provided. Between 2014 and November 2016, he submitted claims to Medicaid totaling nearly $5 million for home, nursing home and office visits that never occurred.
In addition to the prison term, Dr. Mansourov was ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, forfeit $50,000 and surrender his federal controlled substances registration to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
