The Children’s Hospital Graduate Medical Education Support Reauthorization Act (H.R. 1852) will sustain current funding levels for the Children’s Hospitals Graduate Medical Education Program. President Obama’s 2012 budget cuts funding to the program unless Congress acts. The Senate is expected to hear similar legislation this fall, according to the report.
