King of Prussia, Pa.-based UHS filed the suit in Denton County, Texas, in October 2011. The suit alleges the five set up an Acadia subsidiary, Psychiatric Research Partners, in a model very similar to that of their former organization, then sought out sales leads they had picked up while still working for UHS, according to the report.
A jury decided in favor of UHS in December. It is unclear whether Acadia will file an appeal.
