Memorial Hermann invests in healthcare software startup

Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System participated in a $150 million series D funding round for Clarify Health, a cloud analytics and value-based payments platform.

Clarify Health’s platform connects clinical performance to financial incentives to enable the transaction of value-based payments, according to an April 5 press release. Its customers include 75 healthcare organizations. 

The funding round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
