1. The deal includes Trinity’s facility-focused brand Simpli Fi Managed Services, which provides contingent healthcare workforce service to U.S. hospitals, according to a news release.
2. Ultimately, the deal will allow TNAA to supply travel nurses with a wider variety of travel assignments, the companies said.
3. “By combining two companies that have already established formidable teams and resources, we can improve the services we provide to our existing travelers and clients, and become a better option for those who are seeking a new agency partner,” Trinity Founder and CEO Matt Floyd said in the release.
