The 100 new full- and part-time positions encompass data entry and training assistance. These new positions are designed to help Sanford Health in its $8 million initiative to train 10,000 employees in the Fargo region, according to the report.
The health system converted a former Walmart to a training center to prepare employees for the transition to EMRs, which will begin in the Fargo region in April. Three Sanford locations have already adopted the new system.
