The medical center reportedly closed Nov. 13, and will remain closed until Planned Parenthood reopens the facility, a spokesperson for the organization told The Post and Courier.

The hospital will continue to provide cancer screenings, STD testing and other women’s health services once it reopens. It will also offer expanded education and community engagement programs.

Planned Parenthood owns two other clinics in South Carolina, including one facility in Charleston. However, the current Charleston facility does not offer abortions. Once the medical center reopens, the organization will close one of its clinics, according to the report.
