Flint, Mich.-based Insight Health System officially acquired Coldwater (Mich.) Regional Hospital from Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica on Dec. 1.
Greenville, S.C.-based Prisma Health has officially acquired Maryville, Tenn.-based Blount Memorial Hospital, a 304-bed, nonprofit community hospital.
