As part of the agreement, Ottawa Regional will be renamed OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. The two have been exploring a merger since Oct. 2010. The deal is expected to be finalized this spring, pending approval from the Illinois Health Facilities & Services Review Board and Ottawa Regional’s corporate members.
