Merritt Halthcare advises RMC Medstone on the sale of a majority interest in Stanislaus Surgical Hospital to Sutter Health

Today, Merritt Healthcare announced that Stanislaus Surgical Hospital (“SSH”) has sold a majority interest to Sutter Health, a leading ASC operator. SSH, is located in Modesto, California. RMC Medstone engaged principals of Merritt to market their interest in the facility and advise RMC during the selection, due diligence and documentation process.
