Founded in 1991, the group’s 40 physicians and 30 advanced practice practitioners provide patient care at two hospitals in the state, including Gwinnett Medical Center-Lawrenceville and Gwinnett Medical Center-Duluth.
The financial terms, if any, were not disclosed.
