The high enrollment comes from a state that helped President-elect Donald Trump — whose campaign platform included repealing and replacing the ACA — win the 2016 election.
About 514,000 Floridians selected plans on the public exchange this year, and more than 1.5 million enrolled in ACA health plans last year, according to the report.
