Connecticut’s Johnson Memorial Medical Center, St. Francis Hospital Reach Affiliation Agreement

Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Stafford Springs, Conn., and St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Conn., have finalized an affiliation agreement, according to a Hartford Business report.

Both organizations will continue to be separately licensed institutions with separate boards. Johnson Memorial will become a St. Francis Care Partner. The affiliation is awaiting final regulatory approval.
