1. Revenue Cycle is a medical and radiation oncology consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. Coding Strategies is a healthcare coding and compliance consulting and education firm based in Atlanta.
2. With the merger, Revenue Cycle has added Coding Strategies to its family of companies, according to a news release. Other Revenue Cycle companies include RC Billing and The Oncology Group.
3. Ron DiGiaimo, CEO of Revenue Cycle, was named chairman of the Coding Strategies board and CEO of the combined companies, the release states. Coding Strategies President Melody Mulaik was named president of the combined companies.
