Tandigm Health, Holy Redeemer, Innovative Wellness Alliance partner to improve care, lower costs

West Conshohocken, Pa.-based Tandigm Health, a network of 350 physicians, inked a deal Wednesday to partner with Huntingdon Valley, Pa.-based Holy Redeemer Health System and its clinically integrated network of physicians and nurse practitioners, the Innovative Wellness Alliance, according to CNN Money.

The agreement — Tandigm’s first with a clinically integrated network of primary care physicians and a health system — aims to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction while driving down costs.

The agreement is effective March 1, 2015, according to the report.
