The plan includes the development of at least four outpatient centers in the area, including one in Murrysville, Pa., according to the report.
In June, Moody’s downgraded the health system’s credit rating from B1 to Ba3. Following, the hospital announced plans to consolidate services and lay off 1,500 workers.
