Here are 10 states with the highest employment of healthcare workers in 2009, according to data published by the Kaiser Family Foundation. Healthcare employment includes several occupations from the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Standard Occupational Classification System, including medical and health services managers, healthcare practitioners, technical occupations and healthcare support occupations.
