Ms. Christensen is the assistant director of the emergency department at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
As pediatric medical director, Ms. Christensen will provide clinical oversight and guidance for all pediatric services provided by the call center.
